3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate shipment information including sender and receiver details, package descriptions, and declared values. NexaExpress is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
4. Prohibited Items
Shipments must not contain illegal substances, hazardous materials, weapons, perishable goods without special arrangements, or any items prohibited by local or international law. NexaExpress reserves the right to inspect and refuse any package.
5. Liability
NexaExpress liability for loss or damage to a shipment is limited to the declared value or the maximum liability set by applicable regulations, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
6. Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The receiver is responsible for all applicable customs charges unless otherwise arranged.
